Planning a crewed yacht day in Miami
Every yacht in our collection is crewed. Here is how to shape the day: group size, timing, the details to share, and what a proposal explains.

Every yacht in The Collection comes with its crew. You do not need to captain anything; your part is deciding what kind of day you want on the water and sharing it clearly.
Decide the shape of the day
- Group size. Give the full guest count, including children, and any accessibility or practical needs. Confirm the selected vessel's permitted guest capacity rather than estimating from its size or photos.
- Date and duration. Share a preferred date, alternatives and hours aboard. Ask when the booked time starts and ends, including boarding and return.
- Preferred departure. Give the area and start time you would like, with any sunset or occasion preference. Confirm the actual marina, meeting point and boarding instructions; do not treat an example itinerary as a guaranteed route.
- Requested extras. List catering, drinks, decorations or other desired services separately, with priorities and a budget. Ask which requests can be arranged and what they cost; a request does not establish inclusion.
Compare quotes on the same basis
- Vessel and crew. Match the exact yacht, guest count and duration across quotes. All yachts in our collection are crewed; confirm the crew arrangement and what the quoted charter charge covers.
- Fuel and itinerary. Ask whether fuel is included for the proposed plan or charged separately, and how any extra charge is calculated. Routes and stops remain subject to the operator's confirmation and conditions on the day.
- Taxes, fees and gratuity. Request an itemized total. Confirm taxes and other fees, and whether gratuity is included, separately required or discretionary under the operator's terms. Do not assume a percentage.
- Extras and payment. Check each requested extra against the written quote, including who provides it. Confirm payment timing, any deposit or hold and the conditions for its return.
- Weather and cancellation. Ask who makes the weather decision, when it is communicated, and what cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms apply. Check both operator cancellations and changes you request; do not assume every vessel has the same policy.
Keep the selected yacht's published details beside the quote. The collection and existing yacht questions provide a starting point; the vessel-specific confirmation determines the arrangements.
Requesting your date
Browse the Yachts collection for photographs and published charter details, then request your dates and preferred trip services. A request is not a confirmed booking; availability and arrangements are confirmed with you directly.
