A Weekend at Fontainebleau Miami Beach With Friends
What should we reserve together, and where can everyone do their own thing?
Privately Known

At Fontainebleau, start with one dinner reservation everyone wants. The early risers can take the Beachwalk, the spa crowd can book Lapis, and nobody has to spend Saturday tracking down the rest of the group.
Before arrival: settle the rooms with Noemie
Agree on who is sharing with whom, preferred beds and the number of people in each room before asking Noemie for options. Tell her whether being near friends, a particular tower or a quieter room matters most. Connecting rooms, tower assignments and quiet-room preferences remain requests until the hotel confirms them; a room pairing is not a guaranteed room arrangement.
Saturday morning: split up, then meet for lunch
Early risers can head out on foot along the paved Miami Beach Beachwalk for an easy morning outing. Choose your own turnaround rather than committing the whole group to a long walk. Agree on a lunch time and meeting place before everyone leaves, so walkers and friends staying by the pool can rejoin without a morning of messages.

Pool time can be the low-key alternative; ask separately about any cabana or daybed you want. Lapis is the adults-only spa option: its facilities are for guests aged 18 and over. Those booking treatments should allow at least one hour beforehand if they want to experience the Ritual Water Journey, as Lapis recommends. Confirm treatment times, circuit access and any charges for your dates rather than assuming a room includes them.

Dinner together; LIV only if you want it
Choose Hakkasan or Prime 54 as the shared dinner to request, then give Noemie your group size, preferred time and any dining requirements. A request is not a confirmed table. LIV can be a separate optional arrangement for friends who want a later night; entry, tables, age rules and charges are handled separately, not included or guaranteed with a room or dinner.
There is a fitting detail to notice before your evening starts: the hotel's Stairway to Nowhere led to a small cloakroom, giving guests a reason to make an entrance as they descended into the lobby. It is a little of the property's theatrical history, not a reason to schedule every hour together.

Send Noemie your dates and room pairings first. Keep any planning fee, property fee or selected extra with the date-specific quote, alongside availability and cancellation terms. Nothing here guarantees a room, spa appointment, dinner reservation or nightclub access.
