Art Deco or Ocean Suite at The Setai Miami Beach?

Compare building, living space, balcony and room position—not just the ocean outlook—then choose your pool rhythm.

Privately Known

An ocean outlook does not automatically mean the tower at The Setai. It can be available in both buildings, so start with how you want to use the room: one shared space, a separate living room or a private balcony.

Choose the layout before the view

In the historic Art Deco building, compare a studio with a one-bedroom suite rather than treating them as interchangeable. The one-bedrooms have a separate bedroom and living room, and the hotel lists ocean, courtyard or city views. Ask which outlook the exact category offers; an ocean view alone does not identify the building.

The tower's Ocean View One Bedroom has a private balcony. The Ocean Suites collection also has two-, three- and four-bedroom options for groups who need more rooms. Confirm the actual category, bedding and number of guests with Noemie; more bedrooms do not settle every sleeping arrangement.

Think about dinner and bedtime together

The courtyard is part of the evening dining scene, not merely a view label. If a child goes to bed early or someone wants a quiet night while others stay for dinner, tell Noemie before choosing room position. Ask how the proposed suite relates to the courtyard and dining areas; do not assume either building guarantees silence.

Two different mornings by the pools

The hotel publishes three pool temperatures: 75°F, 85°F and 90°F, with all three pools available to hotel guests. The cooler lap pool can suit a swimming-focused morning; the warmer family pool gives a gentler rhythm for time together. Ask about current operating conditions and any poolside reservations rather than treating temperatures or a particular lounger as a promise.

Send Noemie your dates, ages, room-sharing plan, need for a separate living room or balcony and bedtime priorities. Ask for the precise suite and full written quote, including applicable charges and cancellation terms. A preferred view or location remains a request until confirmed.
