Are catering and activities included?
Inclusions vary by yacht. Your proposal identifies included amenities, selected enhancements, and applicable taxes, fees, fuel supplements, and gratuity arrangements.
How far ahead should I request extras?
Request enhancements while planning your charter. Catering requires at least 36 hours' notice and a minimum of two platters. Allow at least 48 hours for water activities and celebration packages; request earlier to confirm availability. These are supplier ordering windows, not guarantees.
Can every yacht accommodate every enhancement?
Options vary by vessel. Some equipment needs larger yachts; celebration packages are offered on selected boats. We check compatibility, availability, and participation requirements before confirming.
What can I bring on board?
The partner allows food and allowed beverages. Red wine and other staining drinks, balloons, glitter, and confetti are prohibited. Please ask before bringing any decorations.
Can you accommodate allergies and preferences?
Share them when you request. The provider confirms which options are available and any limits. Meals cannot be promised as allergen-free.
Must the yacht be booked first?
Options can be discussed during planning, but enhancement orders must be attached to a confirmed charter reservation.
What happens if weather changes?
Weather and cancellation terms depend on the booking. A forecast of rain alone does not qualify for cancellation under the partner's policy. Applicable terms are provided before commitment.
