Mayfair House Hotel & Garden
Coconut Grove, Miami
Saturated colour, a planted courtyard and a rooftop pool bar in the middle of Coconut Grove — an all-suite city hideaway, not a beach hotel.

Character
Courtyard, not coastline
Mayfair House is wrapped in a living facade of greenery around an inner garden, with interiors in teal, rust and saffron that feel more Havana-meets-Marrakech than Miami Beach white. Every room is a suite, most with a terrace, and many have a soaking tub.
It suits couples who like a characterful room, friends sharing a Double King, and anyone with reasons to be in the Grove or Brickell. It is not on the beach and does not pretend to be; build beach days around a drive.
Views, bedding, occupancy and connecting options vary and are confirmed with your quote. Upgrades are never guaranteed.

Choosing well
Who Mayfair House suits best
Think of Mayfair House as a design hotel for people who would rather spend the evening on a terrace with a drink than in a nightclub. The rooms are the main event: deep colour, carved screens, vintage typewriters and bar carts in the official photography, and outdoor space on many suites. That makes it a strong romantic weekend choice and an unexpectedly good option for two friends sharing, thanks to the genuine two-king layout.
Location matters too. The hotel sits in the commercial heart of the Grove, so cafés, shops, the bayfront and the farmers' market are on foot, and Brickell or Coral Gables are short drives. Families with small children may find the rooms more boutique than practical; anyone set on beach days should budget for a daily drive or consider pairing a couple of nights here with a beach hotel. Compared with Mr. C and the Ritz-Carlton nearby, this is the most playful and colourful of the three.
