The island
An island given over to one hotel
Parrot Cay has no through traffic: the island exists for the resort. Arrival is by road and then boat from Providenciales, roughly 50 minutes in total depending on arrangements, and that short crossing sets the tone for a stay built around rest.
Rooms sit within the main resort. The beach houses, villas and multi-room residences are the ones with private pools and direct beach access, and they are booked as hotel accommodation with the resort's full support.

Days here
Shambhala, yoga and mangroves
COMO Shambhala leads the wellness programme, with yoga as a daily rhythm. Kayaking through the mangroves gives a quieter way to see the island. Lotus serves Caribbean-Asian cooking; the Terrace is modern Italian.
Table
Lotus
Lotus serves light Caribbean fare by day and contemporary Asian dishes at night. COMO notes menus change with seasonality and availability.
Included
What COMO lists as complimentary

Choosing well
Trade-offs worth knowing
Parrot Cay suits travellers who want the stay itself to be the destination. Guests wanting restaurants beyond the hotel should base on Grace Bay instead.
